If you are a CAMRA member you can make a real contribution to the pubs and clubs that are entered into CAMRAS Good Beer Guide, the UK's best-selling beer and pub guide, and to help us determine our own branch pub of the year.
Each year beginning in February branch members record the quality of the beer they consume in the branch area and beyond, and this enables us to select the pubs and clubs that we recommend for inclusion in the Good Beer Guide.
Click on the Branch Beer Scoring button above and download the necessary file which gives you information on NOTES to help you understand the scoring criteria.
Also you can print out a SCORE SHEET to record your scores, and a CONVENTIONS tab to pinpoint a pubs location, and which county to enter it in.
An ENTER SCORES tab to record your scores and to email them to the branch. Details of email address can be obtained from filling in the Contact Us form on the contact us tab at the top of the page.
This is a great way to help the branch, get more involved with our work in promoting real ale but above all to enjoy good beer and have a great time doing it.
You can also submit scores for pubs outside the branch area by clicking on the NBSS Scoring button above.
